Cancellation & Refund Policy

Your purchase does not guarantee a reservation until confirmed by Primetime Charters 361. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any trip due to unsafe conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

If a charter cannot be performed due to weather (lightning, heavy rain, fog, high winds) or mechanical issues, customers will receive the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

We prioritize the safety of our guests and crew at all times.

What CAN Be Refunded

Weather-Related Cancellations:

Trips canceled due to unsafe weather conditions will be refunded 100% or rescheduled based on customer preference and availability.

Mechanical Issues:

If a trip must be canceled due to boat maintenance or mechanical failure, customers will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

What CANNOT Be Refunded

  • No refunds will be issued for unused portions of a trip after departure,    regardless of reason (including early return).
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled trip.
  • If cancellation occurs within 72 hours, the full remaining balance of the charter will be charged.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Trips may be rescheduled at no cost if requested more than 72 hours in advance, based on availability.
  • Weather-related reschedules will always be accommodated at no additional charge.

Additional Terms

  • All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted via cancellation form located @ primetimecharters361.com/cancellation located under the forms tab. 
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment.
  • By booking with Primetime Charters 361, you agree to this policy.
